TheWoWDBThe trick is (which isn't immediately obvious), to continually use the antidote. As the gauge fills, you need to use the antidote on cooldown to prevent the gauge from filling

For some reason this quest is not showing up for me. Did Bliz dump the quest in one of the updates? Highest Heights is gone too and so is Snake Wrangling.
Same as Stilldeaded. Quest is not showing. Am I missing something or has it been removed.

Description
I'm glad you're here. Beetles infected our support creche, so we evacuated in a hurry. That meant leaving a lot of supplies behind. Now we've got a lot of injured explorers, and we could sure use those supplies. Can you help us? We need you to retrieve as many as you can. Just don't let the toxins get to you.
