If you ended up here trying to complete "A Creche Divided" on an alt for the "Embers of Neltharion" achievement, Fly out to the Forbidden Reach and go to about 76, 37 on Dragonskull Island.
Scalecommander Emberthal is over there with the quest "Return to Viridia" and that is the quest that you need to turn in so that you can obtain the "A Creche Divided" achieve.
The achieve is awarded upon turn in.

Description

"He awaits you in the darkness"? <Emberthal's eyes narrow.> I know where Sarkareth is. I'll need your help holding him to account. If you want, you could stay here a while and pick through these ruins, but I think we have more pressing needs at hand. If you're willing to see this through to the end, then I need you to follow me. I'm going to Dragonskull Island.
