If you ended up here trying to complete "A Creche Divided" on an alt for the "Embers of Neltharion" achievement, Fly out to the Forbidden Reach and go to about 76, 37 on Dragonskull Island.
Scalecommander Emberthal is over there with the quest "Return to Viridia" and that is the quest that you need to turn in so that you can obtain the "A Creche Divided" achieve.
The achieve is awarded upon turn in.

I got an alt to 70 after The Forgotten Reach was relevant content (thus I didn't even have the zone explored on the character). I had everything done on the Embers of Neltharion achievement other than A Creche Divided. I found Scalecommander Emberthal at 78,38. I was given the quest Return to Viridia who was at 34,57 and turning in this quest completed the Embers of Neltharion chain. Hope this helps!

Description

This place... I have not been here for a long time. Not since before I was a Scalecommander. It is a dark place, full of pain... and failure. This was where Neltharion tested those he considered most worthy of his attention. He poked and prodded us with powers we could not understand or control. Many of us were found... wanting. Perhaps Sarkareth brought me here to test me the same way our father tested us. Will you walk with me?
