TheWoWDBNote that if you can pick up Dragonskull Shoal from the [npc=200947] located on the tiny rock island in the middle of the quest area it will allow you to access the restock schools located on the other side of the larger island. These allow you to complete 80% of the quest quickly.

You need to get to Renown 4 with Iskaara Tuskarr before you can do this quest. That unlocks the renown reward "Fishing Holes" (not to be confused with regular fishing nodes), and the "Restock" mechanic needed to finish the quest.
I found the quickest way to do this quest was the restock. With about ~200 fish, I used the Cerulean Spinefish, since it was one of the cheapest on my Server. It took me longer to fly back to the Reach from Valdrakken, than the actual Challenge.

Say, have you noticed how good the fishing is around here? Dragonskull Island seems like it would have some great spots to cast a line. Why don't you go there and catch something for dinner? Be mindful, though. We still need to set some of our catch aside for later.
