That is weird, someone posted on the item itself: https://www.wowhead.com/item=204187/trophy-of-conquest#comments If you are looking on how to get this, check your bags first, you may already have it. After you turn 70, and complete the achievement "just don't ask me to spell it" by completing the Thaldraszus quest chain, then do the skip quests for the Forbidden Reach, then talk to Alexstrasza to start the Zaralek Cavern quest chain at the top of Seat of the Aspects. At this point, check your bags.
