Captain Sanders' Hidden Treasure is a quest for level 5-30 in Westfall. It rewards 2,050 experience.
Searching through the barrel you discover another piece of parchment. This one reads: Now from this here barrel, face ye North. Straight as the crow flies, keep ye walkin' till you see the empty jug next to the lone windmill on the sea bluffs. If ye poke around that jug, ye just might find what you're lookin' for.

Sort of not a good idea to go *straight north* anymore as you'll end up in a hole full of slimes and a spinning vortex. But at any rate, you'll want to go to 40, 17 or the small ramp down to the beach behind Jangolode Mine in the northwest corner of Westfall.
In case someone missed first part of the chain comments:
Just ran my new Troll toon all of the way up from Booty Bay to complete this quest. Huge waste of time/effort for Horde IMHO. My only reward was:
* [item=3342]
* decomposed boot
* soft patch of fur
* ruined pelt
* Silver Bar (crafting)
* and [item=3343] (8 slot soulbound)No pirate anything as the original quest used to give.
NOTE: Captain Sander's Shirt has an almost nude appearance (tan-like) and might be interesting for humanoids with tan skin.
If this quest is repeatable, can someone (probably Alliance for ease of access) confirm this?
It reads "Straight as the crows fly", but there aint any [npc=23945] in Westfall...
