First I need you to search those old wrecks for some good rope and a serviceable harpoon.

Then... well, I'll fill you in on the rest later.

From the descriptions of some removed quests, Harrison Jones was originally going to be in Kelp'thar, and his quests almost the same as, but in place of, the quests that Budd gives you. And you were also going to do a job to get the Pewter Pounder, instead of getting it as a drop from the same NPC.
