Enter the keep (the same keep with that stupid escort quest). Turn left or right, don't take the windy stairs that take you to the roof. Take the stairs with one flight, that will take you to the dwarf.
He enrages at around 30% health, should be an easy kill none the less.
If you're server is like mine, there will be a lot of people camping his spawn. Here is a macro that will help tag him before others!
/tar keep lord
/cast *instant spell*I'm a Warlock, so I used Fel Flame. Any instant spell that tags mobs will work! Just spam the crap out of the macro while waiting for a respawn - if he doesn't spawn it won't do anything anyway.

Have you seen the keep on the north side of the island, {name}? That is where Keep Lord Farson runs his operation from. Farson has a small group of dedicated followers and they have been giving us trouble since we got here. We sent a small group to investigate and they reported back on his exact position within the keep. Can you finish him off for us?
