Claim the Sky is a quest for level 60 in Korthia. It is step 7 of 16 in the Focusing the Eye storyline. It rewards 1 reputation reward, 8,150 experience and money.
I mourn the loss of my sisters and desire nothing more than to avenge them. Yet I know that I am no match for the witch's magics or her army of Mawsworn.
We must let wisdom guide us and fly from here.
Though I am weak from my captivity, I have the strength to bear you from this place.
Let us go, friend.

Throughout questing in Skyhold, you can jump of through the portal to the north of the central platform. If you do before completing all quests there, you may not be able to get back. I jumped off before turning in this quest and had to abandon it and return to Danica in the Maw. You won't be able to use the cloak from Ve'nari, so be careful if you do the same mistake I did. I don't know what happens, if you jump off during the quests following this one.

Remain quiet. We must not attract attention. Many of my sisters have already been lost. It will soon be my turn to perish in that witch's vile ritual. Release me from this cage and I can see us both to safety. Keeper Odyn must be warned of this foul betrayal!
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
When the first of my sisters went missing, we were concerned. Those sent to find her did not return. Nor did the next. What we have discovered is a dreadful betrayal by someone we once trusted. Come, we must tell Odyn what we have witnessed in the Maw. His wrath will be great.
