TheWoWDBI had a little bit of a hard time finding this WQ. Turns out it's inside a cave - the Feltotem Caverns on the Misty Coast of Highmountain.
Entrance to the cave is at 33.50, 27.93 for those with TomTom. /way 33.50, 27.93 for cut and paste convenience.
For those without, exit the west gate to Feltotem and turn north (or to your left if you're looking at the west gate from the outside). It's between Feltotem and the edge of where the Snowfeathers are.
