While [spell=241540] is active, you are unable to do the rescuing portion of this quest. You must be unmounted when interacting with the cage otherwise you will not receive credit for the rescue.
thanks! i came to this page wondering why i couldnt get credit for any prisoners. kind of defeats the whole point of that buff being active if we still have to dismount for stuff like this...
