TheWoWDBI found the cave entrance around 34,77 for those of you who were having trouble finding it. Also had no trouble getting the item by killing the npc at level 85

I just found him in the back of the cave, not on the Quest Marker. Mayhap he got tired of standing on the little mound.
Well he is a total no show for me. I should be standing on his head, have killed everything in the cave a couple times now, adn have waited over 5 mins, long enough to go afk actually. Honestly, i am getting sick of these glithces. Even tried to reload user interface and quit/ log on. I cant get the guy at all, he must fear me.

Description
Now there is just one more item needed to complete this device. Cog's blueprint calls for a lens of some sort. The only lens I know of that would be large enough will be very difficult to acquire. There is an ogre by the name of Zzarc'Vul who resides in the mound in southern Duskwood. If you can, bring to me his monocle and I will use that as our lens!
