Your choice of additional reward satchels depends on the professions you have:
Alchemy can choose [item=228919]
Blacksmith: couldn't test (will edit in future)
Enchanting can choose [item=228931]
Engineering can choose [item=228932]
Inscription can choose [item=228919]

All other professions just get the base choices.

Dual professions may get an additional choice.
