Crossroads of Twilight is a quest for level 75-78 in Hallowfall, added in The War Within. It is step 7 of 15 in the Hope in Solidarity storyline. The quest's turn-in marker is in Hallowfall at 34.1, 54.7. It rewards 10,200 experience and money.

Description

We need to take the Veneration Grounds back from the kobyss.

Push them back and pave a bloody path through them.

We need to stop whatever is happening at the Eternal Flame! If they manage to corrupt it like they did at the tower... I don't even want to imagine what will happen.

I had a weird zoning issue where none of the turn-in NPC's were showing up. I could fly away and then fly back and they would briefly appear, but quickly fade away again. Relogging made the campaign quest givers show up back under the archway in Mereldar, which I don't think is intended but you could progress the quest at least.
