The name of this quest is likely a nod to Crossroads of Twilight, the tenth book of the Wheel of TIme series by Robert Jordan. If you like long, detailed fantasy books, Wheel of Time is excellent, and a classic of American fiction that's been referenced in WoW before.
The next quest in the chain, The Shadow Rising, also references the series; The Shadow Rising is the fourth book of the series.

I had a weird zoning issue where none of the turn-in NPC's were showing up. I could fly away and then fly back and they would briefly appear, but quickly fade away again. Relogging made the campaign quest givers show up back under the archway in Mereldar, which I don't think is intended but you could progress the quest at least.
I have the same issue where the npc's aren't 'there' where the q turn in shows. I relogged and it showed them long enough for me to be able to hand in one quest but not to other and now relogging isn't working :(

What to do
Description
We need to take the Veneration Grounds back from the kobyss. Push them back and pave a bloody path through them. We need to stop whatever is happening at the Eternal Flame! If they manage to corrupt it like they did at the tower... I don't even want to imagine what will happen.
Where to go
Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.
