This is the second (and last) boss in the new Crucible of Storms mini-raid.
Opens 17th of April, 2019 for Normal and Heroic Mode and 24th of April, 2019 for Mythic and Raid Finder.
PS: This is NOT a new raid tier, the item level will be higher than BoD, but Ahead of the Curve and Cutting Edge are not going away until 8.2: Rise of Azshara.

Description
Your intention to stop de naga attacks was noble, {name}. But de talking dagger tricked you into delivering powerful relics into de hands of our enemies. No doubt dese artifacts will be well defended. Gather your allies, {class}, and return to de Crucible of Storms. Defeat any opponents dat stand in your way. Ensure dese relics cannot be used against de Horde. And if any shadowy weapons ask you to do favors for dem in de future... I suggest you decline.
