Go up the stairs directly north-west of you until you hit Terrace of the Chosen.
Make a right as soon as you hit the fork.
Continue right until 50.85, 9.43 and go up those stairs on your left and take the first door on the right at 48.37, 13.97 and he'll be waiting for you inside :)
