If you are Alliance: quest is picked up near the fountain of your garrison, next to the candy bucket.

For the quests you have to go west of Socrethar's Rise in Shadowmoon Valley, quest area for all 4 quests is roughly between 39.0, 73.0 and 39.0, 85.0.

This is one of 4 daily quests available in your garrison as part of the Hallow's Eve holiday event. All 4 of these quests have objectives in Shadowmoon Valley, at the Isle of Shadows. This little island is located at coordinates (39, 81) and is south west of Socrethar's Rise.

The quests are granted by [npc=96705] in your garrison. In the Horde garrison she is standing at the center by the fire, and in the Alliance garrison she is next to the water fountain at the center.

All of the quests require a level 100 character with a level 3 garrison. Note that they all reward [item=128658], which is a currency used exclusively for garrison decorations. After you have acquired all 5 different decorations, the [item=128658] can be traded to [npc=96362] 1:1 for [item=33226]s.

Below is a chart outlining the quests:

[npc=96536]
[npc=96538]
[npc=96637]
[item=128658] X 1
These mobs have a chance to drop the toy Coin of Many Faces.
The [npc=96637]s will make you drunk if you kill many, which can be counteracted by using [item=120150], [item=62675] or [item=86125].
The [npc=96637]s also drop [item=104316], which turns you into a spectral pirate for 1 hour.
[npc=96545]
[item=128658] X 1

[npc=96765]
[item=128658] X 1
The [npc=96765] are stationary kegs with roughly 900 health each - they can be one shot by most abilities.
[npc=96535]
[item=128658] X 2
This mini boss has 2 million health. He has a chance to drop the toy Coin of Many Faces. If you do not have flying, you can reach his ship (south of the Isle of Shadows) by a rope on the side facing the island.

This makes a total of 5 [item=128658] that can be earned each day. Below are the items that can be purchased for [item=128658] from the vendor [npc=96362], who stands next to [npc=96705] in your garrison.

Notes

[item=128663]
[item=128658] X 5
This decoration brings a Pandaren witch to your garrison. Clicking on the cauldron in front of her will grant you [item=128663] - an item that turns you into an alemental.

[item=128664]
[item=128658] X 5
This decoration causes 3 exclusive halloween battle pets to spawn in your garrison. They can be battled similar to any wild pet, and can be captured. The 3 pets that spawn are:
[npc=97568]
[npc=97569]
[npc=97324]
This decoration also causes the rare spawn [npc=96323] to appear in your garrison on a roughly 5-minute spawn timer. This NPC can only be looted once per day, and has a chance to drop the toy Sack of Spectral Spiders.

[item=128662]
[item=128658] X 5
This decoration places [npc=96263] in your garrison, along with some [npc=96311] NPCs that float around.

[item=128661]
[item=128658] X 5
This decoration puts pumpkin lanterns all around your garrison.

[item=128660]
[item=128658] X 5
This decoration changes the appearance of your garrison guards to those of any of the following wands:
[item=20397]
[item=20398]
[item=20399]
[item=20411]

[item=33226]
[item=128658] X 1
These are the holiday candies that are used as currency to buy other items in Undercity/Stormwind

Some notes about the decorations outlined above:

  • Each character can buy 1 decoration per day, as the four dailies provide a total of 5 [item=128658] per day.

  • The decorations are account bound, and can be sent to your other characters. As such, you can do the dailies on 4 alts and have all 5 decorations on your main on a single day!

  • They can only be displayed in a level 3 garrison.

  • Multiple decorations can be active in your garrison simultaneously.

  • Right-clicking a decoration to "use" it applies the effect described above to your garrison, and consumes the item. This effectively "unlocks" that decoration for your character, and it will be applied any time you choose after that.

  • You can speak to [npc=96362] and select "The party's over. Get rid of these decorations, Izzy." to remove the decorations.

    • If you have cancelled the garrison decoration as above, speaking to Izzy again and selecting "Make my garrison ready for a Hallow's Eve party." will reapply the decorations.

    • If you have unlocked more than one decoration, the above actions (to remove or restore the decorations) will do so to ALL decorations, not just selected ones.

  • The currency for the decorations (enabling you to buy them) is only available during Hallows End. As such, these decorations can only be acquired then. However, the decorations can be applied to your garrison (after you have unlocked them) all year round!

  • The decorations persist in your garrison until cancelled, across more than one day, and even if you log out.

If we're going to protect Draenor from the Bonefleet menace, we'll need to thin out the crew. See to a swift reduction in their numbers, and we might just push them back into the sea for another year.
