Hotfixed: Now there's only one [npc=80181] per portal.
As of Beta build 18566 you can get credit for the portals only if you kill your [npc=80181] of the 2 channelers LASTLY. That means if you start killing a Portalmaster then someone takes the other one and you finish off yours first, you won't get credited for closing that portal, stupidly enough.

Most of the quest portals appear to be bugged atm.
There's one working portal at the WEST END tip of the blue quest area, it's not by the lake, bit further north-west from the lake. spawns 2 portalmasters once or twice per minute. Sorry already left the area so no coords.
EDIT: It seems this is the same as in Beta, you need to get the killing blow on the second portalmaster to get credit for closing the portal. Also grouping up didn't work. Only the person with killing blow got credit.
ps. not sure if you should call it a lake or a river, anyways, blue quest area on minimap, west corner, camp thatone.
This quest chain opens your level 2 garrison.
This can all be completed at level 90 (but you will probably hit 91 along the chain from quest/kill xp).Once you have the level 1 garrison, the quest chain continues at:
A Hero's Welcome
=> Closing the Door + Dark Enemies + Think of the Children!
=> Shadows Awaken
=> Into Twilight
=> The Clarity Elixir
=> The Fate of Karabor (Solo Scenario)
=> Going Undercover
=> Escape from Shaz'gul
=> Fast Expansion (sends you back to Garrison)
=> Bigger is Better (need 200 Garrison resources to upgrade)

What to do
Description
The Shadowmoon orcs are using portals to bring in reinforcements and smuggle away draenei captives. If we are to have any hope of retaking the village, we must destroy the portals at once. The only way to do this is to kill the portalmasters who keep the rifts open.

Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.
