Dark Offerings is a quest for level 32-35 in Isle of Thunder. It rewards 1 reputation reward, 4,800 experience and money.
The Zandalari's spiritbinders perform dark sacrifices to appease their gods, killing our people in the process.
Destroy any Zandalari offerings you can find in Za'Tual to help slow the pace of their dark sacrifices.
