In case anyone else is hopelessly lost looking for the delve itself: coords are 74.42, 37.15

Requires completing [achievement=20118] campaign through The Fourth Seat.

Delves: The Waterworks

Delves: Nightfall Sanctum

Requires completing [achievement=20598] campaign through [quest=78607].

Delves: The Underkeep

Requires completing [achievement=19559] campaign through The General's Consensus.

This quest is working for me but the exclamation point is not showing up on my map. The coords provided by Wowhead (58.35, 64.30) are correct. The quest is picked up from a sign on a post though, which may be causing some confusion. See the above-linked quest start DELVER'S CALL: Dread Pit for a screenshot of the sign.
