Description

We've done our best to contain the High Speaker's followers. We've hampered their efforts at destroying or looting anything they can take with them into Hall of Awakening.

Now, we just need to deal with the leader of their forces before they can coordinate a more unified resistance.

Are you ready to do this, <name>?

If you're on the part where you have to speak with Moira and she flys you over to a bridge and you don't see Supervisor Varric when you land - just wait a little bit. He has a longer respawn timer and will appear hovering in the air just over the bridge.
