This area seems to be the Legion equivalent of Throne of Kil'jaeden of WoD's Tanaan Jungle. By far the toughest open-world mobs in all of the Broken Isles that I have experienced thus far. Be sure to bring a tank and a healer and check the LFG panel.
Also, just to make it clear, as with most other World Quests, this does not yield any progress while in a raid group.
I suggest going to /way 41.73 76. You'll get a steady non-ending flow of demons.
There are many elite mobs, better hunt for them on a plain, [npc=111751] - best choice if you do that solo, else go to spider cave or search for [npc=103972].
