Week 1:
Myridian is at 23.72, 58.50 at the Obsidian Throne with Sabellion's dragons
Zepharion is at 46.35, 54.58 sitting by himself on a cliff
Evorian is at 20.17, 39.54 on the other side of the Obsidian Citadel mountain near the sea

Week 2:
Myridian is now at 39.41, 49.93 below the Worldbreakers
Zepharion is at 46.35, 54.58 at the same spot as week 1 sitting by himself on a cliff
Evorian is at 20.17, 39.54 at the same spot as week 1 on the other side of the Obsidian Citadel mountain near the sea

EDIT: Now that I know it changes each week I probably won't have it updated every time. Hopefully an easy pattern emerges.

The week of 31th of January to the 7th of February:
Baskilan is at 33.43, 76.05 in the cave up a ramp
Zepharion is at 31.80, 70.37 on the side of the road
[npc=188140] is at 33.48, 76.23 on top of the hill

The Players have changed. If you get Baskilan he is in the frog cave.
Just inside the cave entrance on the right side there is a ramp. Take

How to do 2x4 party in spoiler:

First go on spot wher you want to do 2x4 farm. Spots:
24.6 58.1 In Basement
28.3 58.8
25 56 in Basement
Then Create party in LRG call "2x4 Key Basement WMoff gr1"

When You get to 5 please give someone who know that He need to keep max 4 please in party.

Then open new party call it "2x4 Key Basement WMoff gr2"

No just keep 4 people in 2 party

Mobs will start spawn much faster and farm will go faster to.
