Bugged today. Have left the area, gone back to Dalaran and flown back in. Not getting Stormwing Scales from any of the dragons that have this in their info box. I left the area, came in from a different side, got the voice notice and still not getting the scales.
You have to find some stormdrakes around quest giver and loot 30 x [item=136369]. There are three kinds of drakes, but no matter if you slay adult of young drakes, each drops 3-6 scales.
