Echoes Rekindled is a quest for level 83-88 in Harandar.
The relics you restored still hum with the visions you once walked.
Their stories yearn to be lived again, and each retelling leaves the world just a little richer than before.
Return them to the shrines, let the memories flow, and I shall place in your hands a reward for one who walks the paths of legend.

Okay so what is the fastest relic to bang out the weekly?
EDIT: The Root of the World is literally 2 minutes with no combat, pick that one.
Once you've done every quest and are just repeating for the weekly grab bag, you can finish the quests instantly.
1) Accept quest
2) Fly to the memory stone thing and click it
3) immediately /camp
4) log back in
5) quest is completed!
I found Alnhara's Bloom way quicker than Root of the World. No puzzle just clicking on some things and then a little walk. Closer to the weekly location too.
Steps, storylines and map placement from the client’s QuestLine, prerequisite and QuestPOI data; neighbouring quest text is Blizzard’s own (quest API), shortened to its opening sentences.
