TheWoWDBIf you're stuck on this like I was, unable to see Root of the World and unable to select Sky's Hope, you need to finish The Empty Cradle questline. Go to Shul'ka Seila at /way 58.8, 47.8 and complete 4 short quests beginning with That's Not Yours. Eventually Aksum will send you back to Zur'Ashar Kassameh to do this quest with Root of the World. That will unlock another short questline starting with Once More Into the Rift, which should make Sky's Hope available after the server reset.

Seems like you are unable to complete, or even properly start, the quest this week (8th of April in EU).
I only have one relic interactive, Sky's Hope, but when I try to select it the tooltip says: "The secret of this relic is still hidden from us. Awaken the story of other relics while the Zur'ashar continues to investigate.". Place next to is is fully empty, tho.
I'm not sure why they made this quest be once per week per warband when it's needed to complete Midnight: World Tour
