Ethereum Prisoner I.D. Catalogue is a quest for level 25-30 in Netherstorm. It rewards 1 reputation reward.
I am in need of more I.D tags, <name>. What I've discovered thus far is that this is not just a way to catalogue prisoners but it also documents locations!
Once this code is broken we'll be able to pinpoint exactly where all of our allies are held and free them with minimal hostile action received.

Answering my own question here. Apparantly once you hit revered consortium this opens up a new quest with the keys. You can continue to complete this one at 250 consortium a pop until then, not sure if you can continue afterwards as well though.
250 consortium rep per turn in
I just solo'd Mana Tombs & got 8 keys in a 1/2 hour...much quicker than grinding those mobs. :)
| Type | Reward | Amount |
|---|---|---|
| Reputation | The Consortium | +250 |
Led by Nexus-Prince Haramad, the Consortium is a loosely affiliated cartel of ethereal smugglers, traders and thieves that has come to Outland to benefit from its riches.
Reputation group: The Burning Crusade.
Other quests in Netherstorm that reward The Consortium reputation: Warp-Raider Nesaad (+250), A Heap of Ethereals (+250), Assisting the Consortium (+10), Consortium Crystal Collection (+250), Request for Assistance (+25), Rightful Repossession (+250).
Item facts are the current retail client’s (ItemSparse); the specialisations for a pick-one item are the ones the Blizzard quest API lists; faction and currency text is the client’s own. Lowest listed price = the US commodity auction house now.
