Extended Shore Leave is an Alliance-only quest for level 32-35 in Isle of Thunder. It rewards 1 reputation reward, 9,600 experience and money.
The Zandalari have already begun repairing that warship, but we can keep it crippled with minimal effort.
Simply relieve the new captain of his post, and steal the ship's damage report from that workshop just outside the vault.
No captain. No repairs. No warship.

Been waiting 10 minutes, boat is nowhere to be seen. Logging out and back in did not make the ship re-appear.

The ship sets sail and sits off shore. Don't know the time rotation.
It was port side when I saw it, then it set sail when I looked next.
