Nurkala isn't too bad once you get him away from his adds, no need to kill them.
The [npc=70420] heals the boss. Distract, crowd control or kill it first.
The [npc=70419] [spell=140377] hits you for frost damage.
The [npc=70421] [spell=140378] hits you for fire damage.
The [npc=70422] (Nurkala's pet) Rend and melee hits you with physical damage.

The Prophet (for me; your mileage may vary) stayed put when I pulled Nurkala down the beach. Once his heals were out of the equation, I was able to kill him. Note: the other mobs followed Nurkala and I had to deal with them as well but this made it possible for me to complete the quest.
This is a very painful quest, even for those with v.good stats.
You MUST pull the boss away from his adds (as previously stated). Once out of healing range the problem is the Firespear & Frostspear Zandalari. If you're melee you can't get close enough to them without taking massive damage, so just concentrate on the boss, kill him & then leg it. The dino is an easy kill. You need to run around a bit to try & avoid the frost/fire damage which works as a narrow cone from the casters.
I died twice doing this (& that's with 540+ilvl), so how a freshman is supposed to accomplish this if they're melee is beyond me.
Still if you learn from your 1st attempts it should get easier.Good luck.

Description
We've spotted a Zandalari war party down on the beach just outside these walls. We need to eliminate them before returning to camp. Are you up for the task?
