Kill the Prophet first because that way he can't heal Nurkala. Otherwise, you'll be beating on Nurkala for a dog's age. But then things get interesting. I didn't know that Nurkala respawns really quickly. I stuck around after killing him the first time to knock off one of the other guys. While I was doing that, Nurkala respawned and I killed them both. 110 Black Prince points on the second round for killing Nurkala, so not all bad.
But then Nurkala went into insta-respawn mode. At that point I was feeling like Groundhog Day, so I split. And he chased me, along with his two companions, all the way back to the Violet Rise - the Alliance Camp. And no Alliance soldiers or anyone else helped out either, I might add. Fair weather friends indeed.
I killed him for the 3rd time on the steps leading into the camp (110 more BP points) and that seemed to do it. The other two ran back to their campfire. Weird, but not tough, and there were those rep points...

Prophet is an elite - better to struggle as described at http://www.wowhead.com/quest=32580/encroaching-force - just care to stay/go out of the magical fire lines he produce
