1 I Don't Get My Hands Dirty
Quest start from [npc=156605] 50.8 49.6. Get to 100% and get on 2nd side of bridge. Kill mobs thru bridge. Quest finish to [npc=156842] 64.8 50.2
2 The Accuser's Sinstone
Press on [npc=163113] will be animation.
3 Inquisitor Stelia's Sinstone
Press on [npc=158087] you will fly to new location. Kill mobs to get [item=174998] and open crypts to find [item=174930].
4 Temel, the Sin Herald
Is auto quest This quest will be done together with Inquisitor Stelia's Sinstone. defeat [npc=163073] to get [npc=165815]. Return 2 quests to [npc=163576] 67.3 53.5 under steps He will fly there.
5 Herald Their Demise
Slain [npc=163971] 64.7 52.8 Use spell on extra bar to start fight. Go back to [npc=163576] 67.3 53.5
6 Inquisitor Vilhelm's Sinstone
Collect the 3 Hidden Sinstone Fragments: [item=171100] 67.9 51.6 [item=171102] 65.3 51.1 and [item=171101] 64.9 48.5 then go to [npc=164166] he will fly there 65.8 47.1
7 Ending the Inquisitor
Slain [npc=163973] 67.2 43.7 use spell on extra bar to start fight with Him.
8 Sinstone Delivery
Fly with [npc=158087] to new location.
9 The Accuser's Secret
First speak with [npc=157069] listen to the conversation then fight with [npc=167474] after few sec will star animation then defeat [npc=167474].
10 The Accuser's Fate
Ride Myskia to get to new location
11 A Lesson in Humility
Speak with [npc=156381] and listen to the conversation after storyline will finish.

In "The Accuser's Fate", I rode Myskia back to the location but when we got there, there were no NPCs and Myskia just hung in the air, nothing happened. I eventually had to Alt-F4 to crash the game. Then when I logged back in the loading screen locked at 100% progress and wouldn't continue. Taking a break now cause I'm tired of waiting for this to resolve itself. Will report back more later.

Description

You now stand in the presence of a Harvester, Maw Walker. <Lord Chamberlain breathes in deeply and smiles.> I will use the Accuser's medallion to solidify my foothold over the Halls of Atonement. Meanwhile, the Master has requested that you deliver both the Accuser and the medallion that he loaned to me. Myskia will be along shortly to retrieve you. Do not keep the Master waiting.
