This quest is supposed to award a class-specific chest slot item and cape. However, after playing through the catch-up chain on all classes I found that the quest is bugged and fails to award the chest slot item to mages, priests, warlocks or shaman.

If you are from Sweden you know why you came here...........
Best villain name in game, period.
Speak with Lady Jaina Proudmoore to initiate the quest.
The first building on the right of Go’Shek Farm is where you’ll find Runk. If he’s not there, just wait a moment for his respawn.
Runk isn’t a runt. He’s quite large, though not an elite, so an easy enough kill. I’m amazed he even got in there in the first place, but I’ll bet he can easily come out and clobber you if you’re a ranged class.
Then again, Runk is also a magic user, so you might try interrupting his spells when given the chance.
Speak with Lady Jaina again to turn in the quest.

Description
Farmer Bruvk mentioned an ogre named Runk was leading the group here. These creatures won't leave this place as long as that ogre is commanding them.
Where to go
Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

Where this quest fits
Before this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- Best Laid Plans of Kobolds and Ogres
The kobolds and ogres here seem to be carrying some sort of plan for their attack. I don't think they're particularly well written, so I'll need several of them to figure out what the ogres are planning.
After this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- Saving Stromgarde Keep
The plans you found indicate the ogres are trying to get food to supply a massive attack on Stromgarde Keep! Or they're trying to use the crops to keep guarding an object named a storm. The translation was loose. It's safe to assume our problem is the former. Let's go!
