Head into Ar’gorok where a bunch of ogres that should be guarding the area are frozen in chunks of ice. Clearly a frost mage’s handiwork.
Ro’grok will be in the tall, important looking center building, where two chunks of ice preside.
He does cast every once in a while, as well as melee attack, so interrupting his casts might benefit you. One of those casts is Shadow Bolt, while the other is Desecrate, where he targets a circular area on the ground that you’ll need to move out of.
Otherwise, he’s fairly easy to defeat. Not an elite or anything.
When you’ve downed him, speak with Thrall.

This quest is supposed to award a class-specific shoulder slot item and helm. However, after playing through the catch-up chain on all classes I found that the quest is bugged and fails to award the shoulder slot item to warlocks.
That is every comment on this page.

Where this quest fits
Before this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- Catapult Bombardment
These catapults are relentless. They must be destroyed. Place these rune stones at their base. It'll unleash arcane magic to turn the catapults to dust. I'll take out a few as well as I make my way across the battlefield.
After this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- Back to Stromgarde
I think we can count ourselves lucky there was no bigger threat here beyond a group of overambitious ogres. The same can't be said of other threats that are looming throughout Azeroth. Come. Let's return to Stromgarde to discuss matters further.
