Follow the path up. There are harpies and other fun NPCs along the way but you should be able to just ride past them.
The Felhide Gargantuan "shares" the location with Tenpak Flametotem. (Actually, Felhide pats around Tenpak's location.)

If you, like me she says, got here because you are trying to figure out how to get to the iteration of this world quest in Highmountain that occurs southwest of Thunder Totem somewhere in/on/under the dang mountain, I am here for you.
Your quickest route is going to be to fly into either Thunder Totem or Stonehoof Watch and head over to Snowblind Mesa. You want to go up the mountain, the path for which starts at Summitcrest Basecamp.
