If you eat 6 pieces of [item=133681] you earn the "Yummy Bacon" buff which awards Everything Tastes Better.
To unlock this world quest you need 75 cooking skill. This can be done via Halfhill cooking trainer Sungshin Ironpaw in -+3 minutes. Just bring 3 Golden Carps. You don't need to unlock Nomi's kitchen in Dalaran.
