If you've postponed this quest for a while like I did, you may run into a problem where the quest still appears on the map, but the quest giver, Emmarel Shadewarden, is nowhere to be found. That's most likely because, as one of your champion/followers, she is currently away on a mission. To get her back, the mission must be completed (including accepting the award) back at the map in your lodge. I hope this helps someone else ... I wasted tons of time figuring out where she was!

Description
I know the power of Titanstrike well. The Unseen Path battled the vrykul warlord Volund as he campaigned to conquer the Broken Isles. We sought to wrest the rifle from him, but he took it to his grave. If Volund's tomb can at last be opened, the artifact would be a great boon to our cause. I believe Grif Wildheart is making preparations to depart. You can meet him at Krasus' Landing.
Where to go
Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

Where this quest fits
After this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- Stolen Thunder
Titanstrike is in the tomb of Warlord Volund somewhere on the isle of Shield's Rest. It's a dank, sloppy mess adrift in a sea of gloom. Sounds lovely, eh? I've been workin' with a vrykul guide named Prustaga. She'll help us break the wards keepin' the tomb sealed. I know what you're thinkin'...
