TheWoWDBIf you're wondering like me why you can't find Emmarel Shadewarden for your spec artifact weapon attunement quests, this is because you've sent her out on a mission. Also, the GM said there's no way for missions to be cancelled so you will have to grind out the long wait.
I've just recently hit lvl54-capped on my BM weapon so I decided to start the Marksmanship weapon attunement quests and although this quest appears on the world map, the quest giver wasn't there. It took me a while to figure this out.

Description
Thas'dorah is a mighty bow indeed! The weapon was carved from a limb of Thas'alah, the mother tree of Eversong, and infused with the magic of the Sunwell. I fought alongside its first wielder, Talanas Windrunner, during an Amani troll incursion. Ah, but such tales can wait for another time. Courier Larkspear was making preparations to depart. You can meet him at Krasus' Landing.
