56, 44 now. As of last patch he doesn't spawn under the bridge anymore. (Would become evade/stuck) Now he is on the cliff on the side of the lava flow.

I get a cut of the technology? Liar! All he does is raise his hands as if he's giving you a buff, but then he does nothing. Then gives you nothing! Damn you shifty blood elves.
Note that you don't actually have to visually be behind the monster. Merely being 'behind' the central positioning point the monster is at will grant you the ability to backstab. Kidney shot, walk inside the monster and stab away ^,^

What to do
Description
Gnomus knows about the massive diemetradon and plans to eat it! He must have been able to see what I could see through the eyes of his arcano-scorp. Look, there's no time to explain. He's crazy and that craziness is going to cost us the closest thing we've got to a fireproof jumpsuit. Get back to the lava flow near Baa'ri and track down Felspine the Greater. Once you find it, kill it and bring me back its hide. Don't try and reason with me, {name}. I'm well past that point.

Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

- Frankly, It Makes No Sense...
We must study these creatures further. Far to the east - near the huge lava flow beneath the ruins of Baa'ri - you will find arcano control units. These controllers were crafted by a genius named Gnomus for the sole purpose of exploring lava via mechanical scorpion.
After this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.

Word has come from my wind riders, <name>. The Eclipsion blood elves are planning something big. They have begun forming their armies at the Path of Conquest, far to the southeast - adjacent to Eclipse Point. I want you to travel to the Path of Conquest and assess the situation.
