TheWoWDBIt says to purchase a flight to Razor Hill from Doras but he wont let me because I haven't been there before... Does that mean I have to walk there?

Currently bugged. As a Goblin, I did not discover this flight path as part of my leveling process, so when I try to "Fly to Razor Hill" I have no flight paths to click on. Therefore to finish this quest I have to walk to Razor Hill, get the flight path, fly back to Org, and then fly back to Razor Hill.
Despite not having completing this quest before, Eitrigg doesn't appear to be giving this quest to everyone.
Given the line 'he will grow to see your people as a valuable ally' I imagine it is possible that this is either a Goblin Only or Tauren Only quest line as both Orcs and Trolls pass through Razor Hill before they visit Orgrimmar for the first time.
