Had the hardest time with this one.
After a few failed attempts, I used [spell=361584] at the start to gain momentum and [spell=372608] for the remaining part.
You have to time it correctly tho which means: don't spam it, especially once you enter Gilneas City where you have some sharp turns.Got 70.3 on first attempt and 73 twice in a row after that one to see whether the strat was consistent.
