TheWoWDBThis drops you at the docks with no explanation or direction suggested, so here is one: run almost straight forward until you see Krennan Aranas. He will have a quest for you; The Howling Oak. If you turn around and go right back on the boat behind you, you will end up going to the Draenei starting area. :-P

If you have been leveling through the Worgen starting area with heirlooms, you might be level 16 or higher, which means the followup to this quest (The Howling Oak) only appears with low level quest tracking enabled.
I was quite confused when the boat dropped me into Rut'theran without any instructions or quest in sight.
But what if you want to stay in Gilneas and help your fellow Worgen in the battle against the Forsaken? That really SHOULD be an option....
