Grand Theft Telemancy is an Alliance-only quest for level 10-60 in Zuldazar. It rewards 1 reputation reward, 10,200 experience and money.
I'm not opposed to honest competition, <name>.
But teleportin' it right out from under our noses leaves me feelin' dirty.
Go teach that thievin' elf what it means t'steal from the Alliance. If they're fightin' dirty, then so will we.

Currently seems to be bugged. Third Telemancer Syranel evades every single one of my attacks and just sits there looking bored.
Edit: Tried it again today 8/18/2018 and was able to complete the quest.
This quest was bugged for me as well with Third Telemancer Syranel sitting in the water evade bugging. I was able to fix this by going to Stormwind, enabling War Mode, and coming back. She was standing on the ship when I got back.
If this is bugged for you (mob is evading), the easiest way to fix it is to join groups until you are ported to another realm/shard and she isn't bugged.
