At the moment the map on Wowhead shows that you get and turn this quest in Gilneas City, but that is not the case. Grandma Wahl is south of Duskhaven. For me the marker never showed up on the in-game map, so it was a little hard to find her. Good luck!

She is located at 32,75. Took me a while to find her until I seen the yellow arrow pointing me in the right direction, lol!

Grandma Wahl is to be found straight south of the "D" in Duskhaven on your in-game map (M), in the house (drawn on the map) that is the farthest south and close to the left coast. So about one inch south of the D on the map if you have the map on fullscreen mode.

Description

It's not going to be easy to get Grandma Wahl to come with us. You must do whatever you can to convince her, though. You'll find her at the Wahl Cottage. Please, {name}. Do not lose your patience with her. Her mind is old and she's not entirely lucid.
