- Orgrimmar Innkeeper in Valley of Strength and /flex for [item=20493].
- Orgrimmar Troll Innkeeper in the north of the Valley of Spirits and /train for [item=20495].
- Undercity Innkeeper and /chicken for [item=20491].
- Thunder Bluff Innkeeper and /dance for [item=20497]. (No the Tauren Innkeeper in Valley of Wisdom does not wish to be danced for.)
These quests are all repeatable if you happen to eat or simply lose your candy. You can only have 1 at a time though so filling up your pockets with candy is not a possibility.
Just for completeness' sake: each of the innkeeper tells you to perform the respective emote as a separate little quest. Simply dancing or flexing ect. without taking the innkeeper's quest won't work.

Description
I want to keep trick-or-treating, but I can't because the Matron won't let me. If you go for me, I'd trade you the candy you get for some I already have! I think you'd like this candy - it makes you turn into things both funny and scary! Each of the innkeepers in the big cities have candy they give for Hallow's End - talk to them and do the tricks they ask for! Also, a troll named Kali Remik in Orgrimmar is handing out candy as well. When you have all the candy, bring them back to me here!
