The Soul Harvesters are physical objects that you have to dps to destroy. They are multi-tag and have a respawn timer of about 1-2 minutes.
You can see them on the minimap as a fat yellow dot as is usual with objects.
The Western one spawns near the rare at the cliff, the Northern one spawns on the side of the glass road leading to the Xenedar and the Eastern one spawns near the teleporter in the area.
