This quest takes place at edge of the Shattered Fields (near Commander Sathrenael). Cannons spawn near the cliffs edge and you shoot down bats.
Location for the cannon used is 32.46, 73.54.
This is nice and ease quest. Get on cannon ( located on cliff ) and take down 30 of Frenzied Plaguewing is many of them.
