After Grand Magus Telestra, take a right and go down the ramp. The book is protected by a bunch of frozen Alliance NPCs which unfreeze when you get near them.
For what it's worth, there is a Horde version and an Alliance version of this quest (http://wotlk.wowhead.com/?quest=13094). The only difference is that the questgiver blames the opposite faction.
This quest can be soloed by ANYONE! What you need:
- Self-ress OR a friendly warlock. If using the warlock approach, bear in mind that you need to stay in group with the warlock during the entire trip or the SS will break! (believe me, found out the hard way...
- Invisibility Potion or Lesser Invisibility Potion, either one will do just fine. You can get those off the AH or from a friendly alchemist and these will like

Description
Archmage Berinand loaned me his research on the Arcanomicron, some sort of map that Malygos is trying to assemble. I made the mistake of discussing it with a group of Alliance adventurers and now it's gone! It must have been them. Please, recover the book.
Getting there
Inside the dungeon: The Nexus
In order to reestablish his dominance over magic, the blue Dragon Aspect, Malygos, has launched a ruthless campaign to sever the link between mortals and the arcane energies coursing through Azeroth. To this end, his blue dragonflight is redirecting the ley lines of the world to the Nexus, Malygos' towering lair.
Bosses in the Adventure Guide, in order: Commander Stoutbeard, Commander Kolurg, Grand Magus Telestra, Anomalus, Ormorok the Tree-Shaper, Keristrasza.
Entrance: The Nexus, Borean Tundra at 27.5, 25.9.
Instance text, bosses and entrances are the client’s Adventure Guide data.
