TheWoWDBWQ is bugged. I completed it, but it won't auto-complete and instead says "failed" so even though it registers that you did everything you won't get the rewards

There are sparkly mugs around the marina called Sea's Bounty that give you a swim speed buff. Makes the quest a lot faster.
