Update: Tried this again 3/25/25 and relogging doesn't seem to consistently work as a fix for this quest getting stuck at 100/100.
even relogging doesn't work for me. I've attempetd relogging in area, outside area. swapping to diff char and then back. simply leaving and reentering area. It simply will not complete. Small indie company
