FYI - this bugged out on me at the quest site and though the quest dialog started, none of the mob kills gave me credit.
To fix, I flew away from the area and came back - going up to the platform from the stairs. Quest dialog started again, and I got credit for every kill going forward.

On This WQ You need to Slay:
- 3 [npc=196174]
- 10 [npc=195651] or [npc=195652] ( very low hp )They spawn on 3 platforms and mobs going on mid /way 58.42 35.43. When You kill 1 wave other will spawn in few sec, Is random number of minions but all the time will be 1 [npc=196174].
